2005 Vermont Code - § 1761. — Supervisors of unorganized towns and gores

§ 1761. Supervisors of unorganized towns and gores

A supervisor of unorganized towns and gores shall receive in addition to his per diem the following fees:

(1) For collecting taxes he shall receive five per cent of the amount collected by him;

(2) Upon the sale of lands of nonresidents, he shall receive the same fees as the collector of town taxes in like cases;

(3) In the performance of his duties relating to dogs, he shall receive the same fees as town clerks.
