2005 Vermont Code - § 1631. — Trustees\' fees

§ 1631. Trustees' fees

The person summoned as trustee shall be allowed six cents a mile for his travel, and $1.50 for each day's attendance before the superior court, the same for travel and seventy-five cents for each day's attendance before a commissioner or district court. (Amended 1965, No. 194, § 10, eff. July 1, 1965, operative Feb. 1, 1967; 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 9, 1974, No. 249 (Adj. Sess.), § 97, eff. April 9, 1974.)
