2005 Vermont Code - § 1474. — Taxable costs in district courts
§ 1474. Taxable costs in district courts
There shall be allowed to the party recovering in a district court the fees provided by section 1432 of this title including officer's and witnesses' fees, if paid by him, and also the following fees:
For attendance, fifty cents; for actual travel in the state, six cents a mile one way; to the plaintiff for the writ, if he recovers, $1.00. (Amended 1965, No. 194, § 10, eff. July 1, 1965, operative Feb. 1, 1967.)
