2005 Vermont Code - § 1405. — Names-Typewritten

§ 1405. Names-Typewritten

When an instrument is left for recording, any public official required by law to record it may require that the names be typed, stamped or printed under the signatures. An additional recording fee of $2.00 may be charged by the recorder for those instruments which fail in this requirement. (Amended 1993, No. 170 (Adj. Sess.), § 12.)
