§ 1404. Justices and judges not to receive special fees
A justice of the supreme court or a superior judge shall not demand or receive fees for special services performed by him either as a justice or judge. (Amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 236(a), (b), eff. March 29, 1972.)
