§ 1183. State's attorneys
(a) The annual salaries of state's attorneys shall be:

(b) In settlement of their accounts the commissioner of human resources shall allow the state's attorneys the expense of printing briefs in cases in which the state's attorney has represented the state and their necessary and actual expenses under the rules and regulations pertaining to classified state employees.
