2005 Vermont Code - § 1007. — Lieutenant governor

§ 1007. Lieutenant governor

(a) The lieutenant governor shall be paid his expenses when away from Montpelier or his home in the interest of the state.

(b) During any session of the general assembly the lieutenant governor is entitled to receive the same expenses authorized for members of the general assembly by section 1052(b) of this title. (Amended 1961, No. 285, § 3, eff. Aug. 1, 1961; 1969, No. 86, § 2, eff. Jan. 1, 1969.)
