§ 703. Unexpended appropriations

The unexpended balances of any sums appropriated by the general assembly shall annually, unless otherwise specially provided, be covered into the state treasury on July 1. (Amended 1983, No. 253 (Adj. Sess.), § 249; 1997, No. 66 (Adj. Sess.), § 66, eff. Feb. 20, 1998.)
