2005 Vermont Code - § 542. — Payment to treasurer

§ 542. Payment to treasurer

The judge or clerk of each district court shall quarterly, on or before the first day of February, May, August and November, pay into the state treasury all money in his hands belonging to the state. (Amended 1965, No. 194, § 10, eff. July 1, 1965, operative Feb. 1, 1967.)
