2005 Vermont Code - § 528. — Penalty for not making returns

§ 528. Penalty for not making returns

A justice who fails to make returns or certificates as hereinbefore provided shall be fined not more than $100.00 nor less than $10.00. Superior courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of offenses under this section. (Amended 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 9, 1974.)
