2005 Vermont Code - § 526. — Fee disallowed

§ 526. Fee disallowed

A fee shall not be paid to a justice who has not filed with the county clerk quarterly, all returns required by law and all his bills of costs for allowance on such date. (Amended 1959, No. 328 (Adj. Sess.), § 21(d))
