2005 Vermont Code - § 504. — Fines paid county clerk

§ 504. Fines paid county clerk

Damages and costs received in actions to which the state is a party, fines and the amount of bonds and recognizances to the state taken in any county, shall be paid to the county clerk. His receipt shall be the only valid discharge thereof and he shall pay the same into the state treasury. (Amended 1969, No. 131, § 29, eff. April 23, 1969.)
