2005 Vermont Code - § 711. — Suspension

§ 711. Suspension

If any operator fails to comply with a lawful order issued under sections 708 and 709 of this title, the department may order the operator to cease operations for such time as it considers necessary for the protection of the safety of the public. (1961, No. 266, § 11, eff. Aug. 1, 1961.)
