2005 Vermont Code - § 619. — Pari-mutuel employees

§ 619. Pari-mutuel employees

All pari-mutuel concessions shall employ at least eighty-five percent Vermont residents unless special permission is granted by the commission but in no event shall they employ persons who at the time of employment are duly elected members of the Vermont general assembly. (1959, No. 259, § 15.)
