2005 Vermont Code - § 7060. — Limitation of liability

§ 7060. Limitation of liability

No person shall be liable in any suit for civil damages who in good faith receives, develops, collects, or processes information for the enhanced 911 data base, relays or transfers enhanced 911 services, or provides emergency telephone and radio communications for ambulance, police, and fire departments, unless such action constitutes gross negligence or an intentional tort.
