2005 Vermont Code - § 7005. — Notification by system

§ 7005. Notification by system

Upon receiving notice of excavation activities, the system shall notify all member companies whose facilities may be affected. An adequate record shall be maintained by the system to document compliance with requirements of this chapter. (Added 1987, No. 86, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1988; amended 1993, No. 118 (Adj. Sess.), § 5.)
