2005 Vermont Code - § 5040. — Public service board jurisdiction

§ 5040. Public service board jurisdiction

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the authority shall be subject to the regulatory jurisdiction of the public service board, insofar as provided in this title. (Added 1979, No. 78, § 3.)
