2005 Vermont Code - § 2917. — -Compensation

§ 2917. -Compensation

The compensation of the commissioners shall be fixed by the legislative body of the municipality. They shall be sworn to the faithful discharge of their duties. They shall annually organize by choosing one of their number as chairman of their board. They shall appoint a clerk who shall record the same in his records. The commissioners shall fix the compensation of all officers and agents appointed by them.
