§ 1702. Data processing revolving fund
(a) A data processing revolving fund is created to support activities of the division of communications and information technology.
(b) An agency, department or division which receives data processing services shall be charged on a basis established by the commissioner of buildings and general services with the approval of the secretary of administration. Those charges are hereby continuously appropriated to the data processing revolving fund. (Added 1987, No. 243 (Adj. Sess.), § 51, eff. June 13, 1988; amended 1995, No. 148 (Adj.
