2005 Vermont Code - § 1407. — Definition

§ 1407. Definition

For purposes of this chapter only, natural resources conservation districts shall be considered agencies of the state, and their employees shall be considered state employees. (Added 1983, No. 142 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. April 6, 1984.)
