§ 715. Compensation; expenses
(a) The members, including the chairman, shall serve without compensation, but the authority shall reimburse them for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of official duties.
(b) Notwithstanding any other law, an officer or employee of the state shall not forfeit his office or employment or any benefits by reason of his acceptance of membership on or chairmanship of the authority. However, a member or chairman who holds other public office or employment shall receive no additional compensation for services rendered pursuant to this chapter, but shall be entitled to reimbursement for his actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of those services.
