2005 Vermont Code - § 210. — Policy

§ 210. Policy

The general assembly finds it to be in the interest of the state of Vermont and the city of Montpelier to cooperate in planning for the future growth of the capital city. This cooperative venture shall seek to optimize potential uses of the geographically confined area of downtown Montpelier. (Added 1995, No. 62, § 43, eff. April 26, 1995.)
