2005 Vermont Code - § 1535. — Correctional officials; duty

§ 1535. Correctional officials; duty

The warden or other official in charge of a penal or correctional institution in this state shall give over the person of any inmate thereof whenever so required by the operation of the agreement on detainers. (1967, No. 47, § 6, eff. March 23, 1967.)
