2005 Vermont Code - § 1534. — Escape while under agreement; penalty

§ 1534. Escape while under agreement; penalty

A person who escapes from custody while in another state under the agreement on detainers shall be punished under section 1501 of Title 13 as though he had escaped from a penal institution in this state. (1967, No. 47, § 5, eff. March 23, 1967.)
