§ 1363. Article XIII; Severability and construction
The provisions of this compact shall be severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence or provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the compact shall be enforceable. The provisions of this compact shall be liberally constructed to effectuate its purposes. (Added 1999, No. 90 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 27, 2000.)
