2005 Vermont Code - § 1153. — Care and treatment

§ 1153. Care and treatment

A person admitted to the Weeks School shall be under the care and treatment of the commissioner of corrections or his designee and shall adhere to the rules, regulations and standards of the school until he has been discharged, transferred or otherwise lawfully removed from the school. (Added 1971, No. 199 (Adj. Sess.), § 20; amended 1973, No. 232 (Adj. Sess.), § 3.)
