2005 Vermont Code - § 1152. — Legal custody

§ 1152. Legal custody

Placement of a child in the Weeks School shall not affect the legal custody of the child established by order of the juvenile court pursuant to chapter 55 of Title 33. (Added 1971, No. 199 (Adj. Sess.), § 20; amended 1973, No. 232 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
