2005 Vermont Code - § 813. — Restoration of reductions

§ 813. Restoration of reductions

The supervising officer of any facility wherein an inmate is confined may restore, following the established procedures within the facility, any denied or forfeited good behavior reductions or such portions thereof as he deems proper upon approval of the commissioner. (Added 1971, No. 199 (Adj. Sess.), § 20; amended 1977, No. 149 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
