2005 Vermont Code - § 453. — Advisory board for pardons

§ 453. Advisory board for pardons

On request of the governor, the board shall act as an advisory board to assist or act for him in investigating or hearing matters pertaining to pardons, and may make recommendations to him regarding such matters. (Added 1971, No. 199 (Adj. Sess.), § 20.)
