2005 Vermont Code - § 207. — Final judgment

§ 207. Final judgment

Notwithstanding the fact that a sentence to probation can subsequently be modified or revoked in accordance with subchapters 2 and 3 of this chapter, a judgment which includes such a sentence shall constitute a final judgment for all other purposes. (Added 1971, No. 199 (Adj. Sess.), § 20.)
