2005 Vermont Code - § 4128. — Application for licensure

§ 4128. Application for licensure

A person shall apply for a license under this chapter by filing with the director an application provided by the director accompanied by the required fees and evidence of eligibility. (Added 1995, No. 171 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
