§ 4124. Reporting contagious and infectious diseases; death certificates

Naturopathic physicians are subject to the provisions of the law relating to contagious and infectious diseases and to the issuance of birth and death certificates. (Added 1995, No. 171 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 2001, No. 129 (Adj. Sess.), § 34, eff. June 13, 2002.)
