2005 Vermont Code - § 3266. — Application

§ 3266. Application

To apply for licensure as a clinical mental health counselor, a person shall apply to the board on a form furnished by the board. The application shall be accompanied by payment of the specified fee and evidence of eligibility as requested by the board. (Added 1987, No. 245 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1989, No. 250 (Adj.
