§ 3003. Penalties
(a) A person who violates section 3002 shall be imprisoned not more than two months or fined not more than $5,000.00, or both.
(b) The attorney general or an attorney assigned by the office of professional regulation may enforce this chapter and may seek and obtain from the Washington County superior court an order enjoining activity in violation of this chapter.
