2005 Vermont Code - § 2654. — Penalties

§ 2654. Penalties

Any person who violates a provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500.00 for the first offense, and for each subsequent offense not more than $1,000.00 or be imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both. (Added 1973, No. 174 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
