2005 Vermont Code - § 2428. — Reinstatement

§ 2428. Reinstatement

A license which has lapsed for five years or longer may be reinstated upon successful completion of national board licensing examinations or upon proof that the licensee has actively practiced clinical veterinary medicine for 3,000 hours during the preceding three years in another state. (Added 1981, No. 67, § 1; amended 1999, No. 133 (Adj. Sess.), § 19; 2005, No. 27, § 71.)
