2005 Vermont Code - § 2427. — Temporary license

§ 2427. Temporary license

(a) The board may issue without examination, a written temporary license to practice veterinary medicine to any otherwise qualified applicant for licensure upon a showing by the applicant that he or she intends to immediately practice in the state and has applied for permanent licensure.

(b) Temporary licenses shall be issued upon payment of the fee prescribed by section 2414 of this title, and are valid until the results of the next examination are released unless extended by the board for good cause. (Added 1981, No. 67, § 1; amended 1985, No. 158 (Adj. Sess.), § 3.)
