2005 Vermont Code - § 2072. — License renewal

§ 2072. License renewal

Licenses shall be renewed biennially. On or before the first day of the month in which the license expires, the board shall mail each licensee an application for renewal. If an application for renewal, together with the required fee, is not received by the board before the first day of the following month, the existing license shall lapse and become null and void upon the last day of that month. (Added 1991, No. 240 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
