§ 2045. Reinstatement
(a) The board may renew a license which has lapsed upon payment of the required fee and the late renewal penalty, provided all the requirements for renewal, including continuing education, have been satisfied. The board shall not require payment of renewal fees for years during which the license was lapsed.
(b) Allowing a license to lapse for a period of longer than five years may, after opportunity for hearing, be grounds for revocation. As a condition of renewal, the board may require that licensees establish that they have satisfied continuing education requirements. (Added 1981, No. 244 (Adj.
