§ 1741. Notice of use of physician's assistant to be posted

A physician, clinic or hospital that utilizes the services of a physician's assistant shall post a notice to that effect in a prominent place. (Added 1981, No. 100, § 11; amended 1985, No. 208 (Adj. Sess.), § 15, eff. June 30, 1986.)
