§ 1714. Procedure for examination
(a) An examination for a license shall be conducted at least twice each year and at such other times as the board deems necessary. Examinations shall be administered in the manner and places designated by the board. The board may draft and grade a written and oral and practical exam, and additionally may require an applicant to pass any national board examination it deems practical.
(b) An application for a license shall be in writing and signed by the applicant, on forms furnished by the board, setting forth such facts concerning the applicant as the board may require.
(c) A person applying for a license when an examination is required, shall pay to the director of professional regulation the fee established in section 1718 of this title. (Added 1979, No. 158 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1989, No. 250 (Adj. Sess.), § 45.)
