2005 Vermont Code - § 1704. — Penalties

§ 1704. Penalties

A person who violates a provision of this chapter or who obtains a license by fraud or misrepresentation shall be imprisoned not more than 90 days or fined not more than $5,000.00, or both. (Added 1979, No. 158 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
