2005 Vermont Code - § 1397. — Recording license

§ 1397. Recording license

A person receiving a license, within 30 days from the date thereof, shall cause the same to be recorded with the department of health in a book kept for the purpose. A license not so recorded shall be invalid. (Amended 1963, No. 37, § 12; 1967, No. 278 (Adj. Sess.), § 15; 1989, No. 250 (Adj. Sess.), § 4(d); 2001, No. 132 (Adj. Sess.), § 11, eff. June 13, 2002.)
