2005 Vermont Code - § 1394. — Reexaminations

§ 1394. Reexaminations

A person failing an examination may be reexamined. The limitation on the number of reexaminations shall be determined by the board, by rule. The fee for reexamination shall be as required by section 1391(a) of this title. (Amended 1969, No. 187 (Adj. Sess.), § 7; 1977, No. 259 (Adj. Sess.), § 3; 2001, No. 129 (Adj. Sess.), § 21a, eff.
