2005 Vermont Code - § 1359. — Report of hearing

§ 1359. Report of hearing

Within thirty days after holding a hearing under the provisions of section 1357 and section 1358 of this title the committee shall make a written report of its findings of fact and its recommendations, and the same shall be forthwith transmitted to the secretary, with a transcript of the evidence. (Added 1975, No. 249 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
