§ 1253. Examinations
An applicant for a funeral director's license shall be examined by the board. The examinations shall be in writing and upon forms approved by the board containing questions on such subjects as the board by rule or regulation may require to determine the qualifications of the applicant. The board may also conduct any oral examination of the applicant as it deems necessary. (Amended 1959, No. 224, § 6; 1969, No. 239 (Adj. Sess.), § 13.)
