2005 Vermont Code - § 1187. — Agent for process

§ 1187. Agent for process

An application for a license or certificate under this chapter by a person who is not a resident of this state is an appointment of the secretary of state as an agent for service of process in any action or proceeding arising out of the practice of engineering by the applicant. (Added 1983, No. 188 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
