2005 Vermont Code - § 998. — Report of violations

§ 998. Report of violations

A violation of sections 996 and 997 of this title shall be reported to the secretary of the board of funeral service who shall submit, within thirty days thereafter, such complaint with necessary data and proof to the state's attorney of the county in which such violation occurred.
