§ 995. Revocation of license

At any time, for proper cause and for unprofessional conduct set forth in section 129a of Title 3, the board may revoke or suspend any license granted, after notice to and hearing of the parties interested. (Amended 1969, No. 239 (Adj. Sess.), § 7; 1997, No. 145 (Adj. Sess.), § 36.)
