§ 993. Issuance of license; registration
If, upon due examination, it is found that the applicant is of good moral character and possessed of sufficient skill and knowledge of the business, the board shall issue to the applicant, upon the payment of the required fee, a license to practice embalming and shall register the applicant as a duly licensed embalmer.
